Customs documents

Includes filling out, printing and filing of customs procedure documents.

Using the program speeds up considerably the process of filling out  of relevant forms with maximum reliability. Logical control and blocking of entries is integrated in the program as well (in conformity with the Book of Rules relating to contents and use of customs procedure documents). These may be turned off easily.

An integrated set of code-letters enables you to make direct entries of coded columns. Assistance system at making entries offers additional information relating to every field, as well as description of column contents, filling out instructions, relevant advice with examples…

Printing of ready customs procedure documents is done on standard forms, with Serbian letters. Possibility of fine adjustment depending on the kind of printer used.

The option of exchange and copying of data from the Intermex ICT program (Customs Tariff) and Intermex EXIM (reporting and monitoring of foreign trade transactions) makes possible automatic copying of all data relating to chosen denomination.

The Intermex CAR  may be used also for keeping files of all customs documents, including survey, reprint, changes and corrections of entries made, etc. Search is possible according to various criteria, such as customs declaration, date, client, goods…
Entries already made may be used as models for filling out new documents of similar contents.
