Electronic monitoring, realization and control of foreign trade transactions, with daily, on-line monitoring of Customs Tariff and of all foreign trade, customs, foreign exchange and taxation precepts and instruments applicable in the sphere of import and export.

Intermex EXIM enables you to fill out and print standard forms used in foreign trade transactions:

- Payment order (form 745)
- Application for a letter of credit (form 1450)
- CONTROL BOOK

Possibility of choice of Latin or Cyrillic characters for every single form, with complete use of multilanguage support in the Windows setting.

The screen for form filling out corresponds completely to standard paper forms, so that orientation and making form entries becomes an easy job for every user.

Filling out is also made easier through making a simpler choice of code-letter columns (country, foreign currency, kind of transaction, etc.) from integrated code-letter book, and copying of data from clients’ directory.

Connection with the ICT Program (Intermex Customs Tariff) facilitates copying of data concerning goods specified in the customs tariff.

Existing forms may be used as models for automatic creation of new forms, followed by making copies of data already entered.

The program enables you to print on standard forms (using single or infinite self-copying forms) as many copies as you want. Print adjustment options make possible necessary precision of the position and complete conformity between columns on printed forms.

Searching and singling out of forms already entered are possible by combining all relevant criteria - kind of transaction, participants (importer, exporter, buyer, seller, manufacturer, consumer - user), terms of contract, time limits and goods.
